IvaKey helps event organizers send private digital invitations and access cards to guests, and check them in at the door. This policy explains how guest information is collected, used and protected.
What we collect
Guest names, phone numbers and/or email addresses supplied by event organizers, plus basic check-in records.
How we use it
To send invitations and access cards, verify entry at the door, and support organizers.
Messaging
Guests receive messages only about events they were invited to. They can reply STOP or email [email protected] to opt out.
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the event organizer and with providers needed to deliver messages (such as WhatsApp or email).
Retention and deletion
We keep guest data for the event organizers. Guests can ask the event organizers to delete their data.
